When I first used Premier Inn (2010) they weren’t promoted as specifically green or disabled hotels. But I found a significant number of aspects suitable and conducive for ME/CFS, MCS. Premier Inn are now recently listing green and disabled measures more fully on their website and are, interestingly, building ‘pioneering eco hotels’.

Disability Aware: Lift to all floors. Hypnos beds – helpful for back problems. Black out curtains – helpful with light sensitivity / rest & sleep. Safe for lone travellers.
