Location: St David’s Hill, Exeter, Devon
Environment: Request for quiet room accommodated. Given a room overlooking back garden. Helpful for those with noise sensitivity. Pleasant breakfast room which has sofa in which you could sit in throughout the day. Also a few chairs in an enclosed back garden
Chemical Free: Eco friendly cleaning / laundry products bought from Green My Business. I was ok with cleaning & bedding – no fragrance. Noticed some fragrance on towels and during cleaning of communal hallway
Eco Friendly: Yes – Eco Policy. “Town House is an environmentally friendly B&B, sourcing local, fair-trade, eco.. products wherever possible”
Disability Aware: Unknown. The hotel has 2 rooms on ground floor only. Other rooms are reached by stairs. Steps to front entrance. I believe there is a same level back entrance (would need to check). Using mainly eco cleaning products helps with MCS.
