I’ve just returned from the tip of Pembrokeshire, the West coast of Wales.
It was 31 years since I’d been here last!
Prior to ME/CFS we’d spent family holidays in Orlandon, between Marloes and Dale. I’d also walked some of the Pembrokeshire coastal path when in university. So, it had been a dream to be able to return here. I never thought it would take so long but that’s the journey illness takes.
Here’s the pathways down to Marloes Sands and the tide is almost in. It’s one of the most stunning beaches I know.
